Volunteer With Us!

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to be part of Salon du Chocolat NYC, March 7-8, 2026, at Center 415. This is your chance to go behind the scenes of the world’s most delicious event, assist top chefs, and be part of an unforgettable experience.

Culinary Theather - Backstage Volunteers

Calling all culinary students! Work alongside celebrity chefs, assisting with food prep and plating, and help distribute samples after each live demonstration.

"Bite-Sized" Kids Zone

​Help kids get hands-on with truffle rolling, Bean-to-Bar chocolate making, and fun arts & crafts activities.

General Show Volunteers

Join our team and be part of the magic that makes the show shine!

We’re looking for support in a variety of roles to help create a seamless experience for all.​

  • Registration & Guest Services – Welcome attendees and check them in.

  • Line Entertainment – Keep guests engaged while they wait to enter.

  • Exhibitor Assistance – Support vendors with setup, logistics, and more.

  • Workshop Support – Assist in hands-on chocolate and pastry workshops.

  • Event Logistics & Coordination – Help with various show operations as needed.
