Salon du Chocolat New York is a two-day celebration of chocolate, confectionery arts, and the flavor industries that enhance them. The show features top chocolatiers, pastry chefs, spirits producers, coffee roasters, spice artisans, and leading brands from around the world. Guests can taste, learn, shop, and experience an immersive world of chocolate and its pairings through demonstrations, exhibits, and interactive areas.

What can I expect at the show?
Salon du Chocolat New York unites over one hundred chocolatiers, pastry chefs, confectioners, and specialty brands from around the world. Visitors can enjoy live chef demonstrations in the Culinary Theater, admire couture designs made entirely of chocolate in the Fashion Showcase, and explore the Bean-to-Bar Activation highlighting craft chocolate makers.
Other features include live chocolate sculpting, Taste and Learn Seminars that combine sampling with education, and the colorful Bite Sized Kids Zone, where children can play, learn, and discover the joy of chocolate. From tastings to shopping, it’s an experience for all ages.
Can I buy or sample chocolates?
Yes. Exhibitors throughout the show will offer complimentary samples of their chocolates, confections, and specialty sweets. Many products will also be available for purchase, allowing guests to take home their favorite treats.
Alcoholic products may be sampled or purchased only in sealed, prepackaged containers. Guests are not permitted to consume purchased alcohol onsite. All food and beverage sold within the show must be prepackaged.

Guests may purchase a one-day ticket for either Saturday or Sunday, or a two-day pass granting entry on both days. All ticket sales are final, and tickets are non-transferable.
Children ages 6 to 12 require a child ticket. Children under 6 years old enter free with a paying adult. There is no re-entry once you exit the venue. Tickets will also be available for purchase onsite while supplies last, though advance purchase is strongly recommended.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Center 415 is fully ADA-compliant, with accessible entrances, elevators, and restrooms throughout the facility. Event staff will be available to assist guests with any accessibility needs.
